expanding vocabulary level 1
Group of 4-6 people beginners level
In order to expand vocabulary for level 1 students, you can ask the students to bring a pen and paper and take them out for a walk and ask them to name all the objects they already know. Make sure all the students write down all the words that are mentioned. You can divide the sheet of paper into two or three sections – masculine, feminine and “neutral” . Some of the students may know quite a few words already and hopefully the students will learn from each other. The students will remember the trip and hopefully many new words as well.

Really like the thinking
Really like the thinking here. Great to get students out of the classroom and engaging in the real world - sounds like the start of something here..look forward to seeing it develop....:-)
