Online Language Cafe
Using Skype or a similar product to allow members to enter into language meets where they can practice the language in a conversational capacity.
Simply choose the language, with meetings starting every hour, and then start talking. Students could choose to pay a small fee to include a Berlitz instructor. The web page could suggest conversation topics or even debate ideas, scenarios, etc.

Like the idea - its kinda happening already but not at Berlitz. What I like about your idea is that it respects that web learning is a trend and that it turns the idea of e-learning inot something far more informal, fun potentially social - I feel however the idea needs a little twist! That said an online lanaguage cafe is a great idea - really keen to hear more.....
